	BARN STALLS: 12'X12' stalls with rubber matted floors and attached 12'X20' outside paddocks. Stalls and water tanks are cleaned daily. Includes morning and evening feeding.
	PADDOCKS: 16'x64' outside paddocks. Paddocks and water tanks cleaned daily. Includes morning and evening feeding.
	PASTURE: 250 acres of pasture. Horses can be brought into the corral with 24 hours advance notice.
